It's completely FREE for couples! We make our money from commissions paid by suppliers when they book weddings through our platform, not from you.

We match couples with suppliers across the entire UK. Just let us know your wedding location, and we'll find suppliers who match your needs.

How does your matching process work, and how many suppliers will I be matched with?

Our process considers multiple factors including your style preferences, aesthetic, budget, location, wedding date, and specific requirements. We analyse these against our supplier database to find your perfect matches. Typically you'll be matched with between 3-5 suppliers per category, depending on your requirements and location. We believe in quality over quantity - these will be carefully selected matches rather than scrolling through an overwhelming list!

What if I don't like any of my matches - can I still browse all suppliers even if they aren't  matched with me?

That's totally fine! You can refine your preferences or provide feedback, and we'll suggest new matches. We want you to be 100% confident in your wedding dream team. While we prioritise showing you your matches first, you can browse our full supplier list, if you prefer.

Do I need to book all of my suppliers through your platform?

Accepted Answer

Nope! While our matching service works best when you use it for all your suppliers, you're welcome to use our platform for some suppliers and not others. However, you also have the option to add your other suppliers to the platform and manage them via TWC.The more you book and coordinate via The Wed Collective, the easier it is to manage your whole day.

Yes, our secure payment system handles all transactions, making it easy to pay deposits and balances according to each supplier's payment schedule.

You can pay via credit/debit card.

What happens if I need to cancel or change  a booking?

Cancellations are handled according to each supplier's stated cancellation policy. Our system manages the process and any applicable refunds. If you need to make changes, our messaging system makes it easy to communicate with your suppliers.

You have access to all of the tools (for free) that you would need a wedding website for. Our digital RSVP's section allows you to send out all of the info about your wedding, collective info like food/dietary requirements, and add them straight into your table plans.

We carefully vet all suppliers for quality, reliability, and service before they join our platform. We maintain a limited number per category to ensure they're all exceptional. We check reviews, examine their work, and ensure they provide clear pricing and terms.

While we don't provide on-the-day coordination (unless you book a wedding planner through us), our platform helps you create a detailed timeline that you can share with all your suppliers to keep everyone on the same page.

Absolutely! You can let us know the details of what you've already booked, and use our platform to find and manage the rest.
